- We will be available 24 hours 7 days a week for any comments or questions concerning the selling of your home.
- A Comparative Market Analysis will be prepared and explained to you. We will work together to establish a list price for your home that will achieve your goals
- A professional staging company will consult with you to help make your home look it’s best. If your home is empty furniture for staging can be provided for an additional charge.
- We will set an appointment for a consultation with a professional licensed Real Estate Inspector to conduct a PRE-LISTING INSPECTION. The inspector will let you know before you list your home what the buyer’s inspection will find. You will have the option to repair if you choose.
- You will have access to our database of contractors to make any necessary repairs at a discounted rate. Repairs are always optional! You can always choose to sell your home “As-Is”.
- A professional photographer will take full color digital photographs of the inside and outside of your home for use in listing and creation of a Virtual Tour which will be on your listing.
- Your home will be listed in MLS, Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, flatraterealtygroup.net, and many more websites.
- Additionally, the virtual tour of your home will be hosted on a separate website.
- We will provide expert marketing of your home. We spent several years with the largest real estate company in the world and we know how to sell your home fast at the highest price!!
- We will provide daily progress updates on the activity of potential buyers of your home.
- All offers will be clearly explained in detail. (The Texas Real Estate Commission contract can be complex and can have many addendum and amendments all of these will be clearly explained to you by me personally)
